If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

4. SMS Consent & Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Healthcare Brokers of America LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

SMS messages may include appointment reminders, insurance plan updates, enrollment deadlines, and promotional offers. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees for our services are disclosed prior to engagement. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Broker commissions, where applicable, are typically paid by insurance carriers and disclosed in accordance with applicable state and federal law. We reserve the right to adjust our fee schedule with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, accounts, or services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healthcare Brokers of America LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
